Stay was very comfortable, easy check in. Glad my company paid the parking which was very high in my opinion. Both evening meals were excellent quality. Lydia in the restaurant is an asset to the business - excellent service. Room was comfortable and clean

Not a great experience

Arrived late with our baby, room key didn't work. Halls smelled of smoke. No mattress in the travel cot we had asked them to put in the room. Hair in the bath. Towels not clean. Didn't expect to have to pay to use the pool with our baby and then to find that the pool water was visibly dirty.

great hotel, great atmosphere and fantastic service, afternoon lunch was unreal and the evening meal was spot on, James who looked after us was professional, kind and well mannored and the chefs martin and tom made our meals to perfection 👌. well done Macure Hotel ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
